How it Works

 

Step 1


An introductory phone conversation will be able to assess your precise needs and determine how we can be of assistance. The fee will be established at that time.

Step 2


Additional conversations will likely be necessary to share pertinent information (confidentiality and discretion are assured) and provide for meaningful two-way communication (for example, "Oops! I forgot to tell you that it is also my father's yahrzeit." or "On second thought, mention my Aunt Sally who came from Chicago!"). These "conversations" can be held via telephone, fax, or e-mail.

Step 3


Within two weeks, we will provide you with a "concept" or outline of the
speech(es) we agreed to provide. At this time, 50% of the fee is due.

Step 4


Per our agreed upon timetable, you will receive the finished product(s). The balance of the fee is due at that time.

Step 5


Last minute "tweaking," personalizing and final editing take place. Concrete suggestions and helpful tips are provided to prepare the speaker(s) and promote confidence.
